Motorcycles are awesome. I’m more of a passenger type person and Andrew is the driver, he owns a sweet blue Harley Davidson we like to cruise around on when it’s not freezing out. The first time I was on it I almost peed my pants. Going 65miles per hour with NOTHING AROUND YOU is quite scary, especially when you can see your reflection in the back of the driver’s helmet WITH NOTHING AROUND YOU. Now that I’m used to it I like it! We were really excited about the Maryland Bike Show this weekend, so obviously I took the camera. We went Saturday night, right in the middle of the expo and here’s what resulted. Enjoy.
This was held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. Taken with the usual setup; Canon AE-1, Kodak Portra 400, and a 50mm. Probably should have used the 35mm or 28mm for some of those bike shots but I was just too lazy to switch lenses back and forth. Hopefully you enjoyed these if you weren’t able to make it out this weekend!
Oh also, one more little tidbit, I was featured in The Baltimore Sun’s Sunday print edition! Really cool because I had my own page and everything in color. Go out and buy one, it’s really cheap and helps save print journalism. đ
the one that lites up light blue is sweet, awesome shots đ
It was very cool in person. Thanks!
Terrific shoot and kudos on the sun piece. You’re becoming quite the name around town. đ
Thanks! đ
