This past weekend was Hampden Fest, the exhausting, hot, crowded festival that happens every year. Despite all that, it’s still something I never miss. The toilet bowl racing is worth it (yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like).

I was shooting both video and stills and whenever I have to do that I feel like my brain is literally splitting into two. Any other photojournalists have this issue? I always end up getting what I wanted on video on still and vice versa. I’m still trying to get a flow down so I can think in both ways.
